We ask that you please read and understand our Return Policy. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns before purchasing.

B Smooth Clothing ONLY OFFERS STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. We do not refund back to your original method of payment. Please feel free to contact us directly regarding sizes or styling as we are more than happy to assist you with any questions at support@bsmoothclothing.com.

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. DISCOUNTED/ SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Please note, returns may take 2-5 business days to process from date of arrival. When returning, please securely pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages we do not ship ourselves. B Smooth Clothing does not provide shipping labels for returns. Original invoice must be in included in your return packages. 

*Original condition: Items that have NOT been worn, altered or washed with all original tags attached.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
